Albins is currently operated by 50+ people. It is the Albins policy to provide the opportunity for growth and continual development. All employees have experience in their relevant areas which include manufacturing, organisation management, sales and product development.

The product that put us on the map was Volkswagen gears. These gears have been re-designed to be stronger than the standard to withstand the pressure of competitive racing. We are capable of manufacturing the ‘one off’ components to suit the particular individual. We offer the biggest range in ratios for the VW enthusiast. Once we started with Volkswagen gears there was no turning back.

There was a demand out there for transmission components of all makes and models to be redesigned and manufactured.
Other varieties of gear kits we manufacture are Porsche, Subaru, BMW, Honda, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Renault, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki and Daihatsu.
Albins Off Road Gear is also renowned for our heavy duty transaxles which have been custom designed for off-road racing enthusiasts and professionals, a specialist product experiencing significant success in the US market.
